You can now join Shanti and Heather for LIVE STREAMING workouts from the comfort of your home, office, park, gym…anywhere! We will be offering 20-30 minute PUBLIC workouts that will include Move Your Asana® Fitness•Yoga, BodyShots Boxing Bootcamp™, kickass cardiokickbox, AfterBurnCardioBarre, SHRED BodyWeightBootCamp, MYA BruteForce, BandCamp, SandBlaster, CrabbyAbbys, BallsOut and MORE. We have workouts coming out of our ears and are SO excited to share them with the world!!!

Want more? We will be offering pre-paid, FULL 60-75 minute workout sessions too. Watch our Social Media posts and check the calendar to find out WHEN these FULL SWEATSESSIONS (and our short sessions) are happening, pre-pay using your PayPal account (PayPal info@moveyourasanafitness.com) and you will get a VIP entry into these closed sessions. We will always provide information on how to sign up and pre-pay for FULL SWEATSESSIONS.

How to get this Periscope party started:
1. Get the Twitter App from the App store or Google Play and set up your Account
a. Download the Twitter App and get yourself all set up (available for iPhone and Android)
b. Follow us on Twitter:
i. @move_your_asana
ii. @getfitwheather
iii. @sweatplaylive
iv. @heather_shanti
2. Get the Periscope App from the App store or Google Play
3. Get a PayPal account from the App store or Google Play (not mandatory, but if you would like to say “thank you” or join a FULL SWEATSESSION, then you will need a PayPal account. (see #6)
4. When the Move Your Asana® team starts a new Periscope session, you will get a tweet from one of the Twitter accounts above with a link to join the session. Click on the link and you will be able to see the workout in session.
a. *You will be viewing the workout out on your phone (iOS or Android).
b. **If you want a bigger screen, there are a few options for tablets or desktops (see below)
5. Join a workout! Give us HEARTS to show how much you love the Move Your Asana® sweat session!
6. If you loved your workout and you would like to buy us a post workout cup of coffee, juice, water or just to say thank you, you can give the Move Your Asana® team a donation.
a. Go to Twitter and Tweet “$XX TweetDonate to @move_your_asana” or you can send a      donation via PayPal to info@moveyourasanafitness.com. 

How to Download Periscope for your PC:
Step 1: Download the android emulator software Andy and it is available for free.
Step 2: Start the installation of Andy by clicking on the installer file you downloaded.
Step 3: When the software is ready to be used, start it and complete the sign up procedure and login with Google Play account.
Step 4: Start Google play store app and use its search tool to search Periscope download.
Step 5: Find Periscope and start the installation.
Step 6: Launch the game and you can now play Periscope on pc using a mouse or your keyboard and even your touch screen, you can use the control button to emulate the pinch function to zoom in and out.
