Classes

Shanti and Heather would love to have you join them in one of their classes, sessions or retreats!  They both have trained extensively in yoga, all styles of bootcamp, kickboxing, boxing, cycling and barre.  Together they have taught over 20,000 classes and have worked with all types of bodies.  Heather and Shanti currently teach their two branded workouts, Move Your Asana® Fitness•Yoga  and BodyShots™ Boxing Bootcamp, in addition to other innovative class formats.  Both women are NASM personal trainers and provide training services for private and corporate clients.
