I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. Great deal of thought and sweat went into the creation of Move Your Asana®. I am excited to share their passion for health and fitness with you!
As a competitive gymnast, dancer and diver in my teenage years and took up mountain biking, snowboarding and fitness classes after graduation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I'm also a fan of cross training, always moving my body and (exercising my mind!) with different workouts.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
